Charter Disclaimer

All fishing trips are subject to weather, water, and safety conditions at the captain’s discretion. The captain reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify trips if conditions are deemed unsafe.

By participating in a charter trip, guests acknowledge that boating and fishing activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, slips, falls, seasickness, equipment hazards, and changing weather conditions. Guests participate at their own risk.

The charter is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings brought onboard. Guests are expected to follow all safety instructions provided by the captain during the trip.

Catch rates and specific species cannot be guaranteed, as fishing conditions vary daily and seasonally.

All passengers must comply with applicable federal and Florida fishing regulations. Alcohol is permitted in moderation for guests 21+, but illegal drugs and excessive intoxication are strictly prohibited.
